Free worldwide shipping
Every order ships free of charge, to any destination.

Dispatch time
Orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 working days after payment confirmation, via CTT (Portuguese postal service), with a tracking code sent by e-mail.

Estimated delivery times (from the dispatch date)
- Portugal: 1 working day
- Europe: 3 to 5 working days
- Rest of the world: 7 to 10 working days

These are estimates provided by the postal operator and may vary during busy periods, due to transport delays or customs clearance.

Outside the European Union
Any customs duties or import taxes in the destination country are the customer's responsibility.
