How do I choose the right size?
Measure your wrist with a soft tape measure (or a piece of string laid against a ruler), close to the wrist bone. Then choose: XS (14.5 cm), S (16.5 cm), M (18 cm) or L (20 cm). If you're between sizes, we recommend going up: the bracelet should sit comfortably, never tight.
Do the bracelets have a clasp?
No, and it's by design. They're strung on jewellery-grade elastic with a permanent bond: they slip on in a second, stay put, and there's no clasp to break or lose.
What materials are used?
Certified 4 mm Bohemian crystal beads, with spacers and a 9 mm medallion in 925 silver. On some models the silver is gold-plated, indicated in the colour name (Golden Silver).
How should I care for my bracelet?
Avoid contact with water, perfume and creams; put your bracelet on last. Store it in its box when not in use and wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. Silver may darken naturally over time; a silver polishing cloth brings back the shine.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 2 to 3 working days after payment confirmation, via CTT (Portuguese postal service), with a tracking code sent by e-mail. From dispatch, estimated delivery times are:
- Portugal: 1 working day
- Europe: 3 to 5 working days
- Rest of the world: 7 to 10 working days
Shipping is free worldwide. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to customs clearance.
Do you ship outside Portugal?
Yes, with free shipping to any destination. For shipments outside the European Union, any customs duties are the customer's responsibility.
The size doesn't fit. What now?

What if my bracelet has a defect?
Every piece is covered by a legal warranty. If you notice a problem, send us photos and your order number and we'll sort it out: repair or replacement at no cost. Full details are in our policies.
Do the bracelets come ready for gifting?
Yes, every order includes a gift box. Just hand it over.
Where are the bracelets made?
Each bracelet is handmade in Tondela, Portugal, piece by piece. Small variations in colour or bead arrangement are part of the artisanal process: it's what makes every bracelet unique.
